At Sara Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Sara Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first for approval.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Sara Perfumes is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
